DS2 and I are enjoying some festive treats, and a film. We've decided Christmas dinner can be on Boxing day, depending on what time DS1 needs collecting as that will be a 4 hour round trip to the airport. It's a festive meal to share, and share we'd rather do

Off to research flights for tomorrow and Boxing day, will note down departure & arrival times. Then we're good to go when a message gets through.

Oh dear. I suppose ds packed phone charger in case. Once cs have arranged overnight accomodation they should give your son a prepaid phone card so he can let you know. If he can charge phone then fee wifi in airport.
They will also give him food vouchers.
Generally look after customers well once they know there is no chance of flying. Plus ground planes have pilots and crew desperate to get home and there will be a lot of grounded planes tonight.

Dd had a truely terrible day at work today. She said everything possible went wrong and one passenger wanted police called on landing due to homophbic remarks of another. Luckily she and pilot talked him out of it as would have meant serious delays and have to think of the people these delays affect.

He will be home safely before long as hopefully planes will need repositioning and extra flights will run. You are doing the right thing just delaying christmas as it is about the 3 of you being together not a date on the calender.

My DS2 had a bump this morning, luckily he's just got a scrape, other car needs wing, headlight & bumper. Just glad he's ok

Hope car is ok but most importanly DS1 is . Car is just a lump of metal that can be replaced xx
