ruthsaver I can wholeheartedly recommend Netflix. It's very easy to use and you can get both UK and American versions if you search on the net for what to do :)

I pay £5 a month and for that I get LOADS. I love it.

Night night elite. I hope Santa gives you what you want in your stockings ;)

Well girls if you are planning a Darts trip the bar has been set.
Apparently was all over sky sports.
Second photo is ds1 collecting his shirt. The gingerbread man was signed by Eric Bristow but ds1 does not know why he woke with pen all over his face:eek:

    Evening all, yes I'm OK.

DS1 vowing never to travel with Air France or KLM again.

Their plane pulled out of landing at CDG, tried again, again aborted, went to Orly, tried landing there, couldn't, diverted to Toulouse. Sat on tarmac for 5 hours. Eventually flew back to Paris. Landed, no flights left to Manchester today. Haven't heard from him since then, was queueing at CS. So many people having their travel plans disrupted. Many in front of him in the queue couldn't get on other flights to their destination until Boxing Day :(

I'm hoping he gets on one of the 3 flights to Manchester tomorrow, but with his phone dead and wifi over, don't know how I'll know!

CalmSpirit, like your name, stay calm :) Your DS will arrive, albeit later than you'd hoped for, but he's still coming home :)

DS2 and I are enjoying some festive treats, and a film. We've decided Christmas dinner can be on Boxing day, depending on what time DS1 needs collecting as that will be a 4 hour round trip to the airport. It's a festive meal to share, and share we'd rather do :)

Off to research flights for tomorrow and Boxing day, will note down departure & arrival times. Then we're good to go when a message gets through.

Wishing everyone a very Happy Christmas.

Hope all the little ones have the best day ever, and can imagine nerfletDS3 when he sees and gets on, his trike :)

Raise a glass to absent friends, and family. Rejoice in the happy times shared.

Good night one and all :)

(and I left the £10 turkeys.... no space anywhere to cook/store that!)

DD's home for the hols and she has Netflix. Can't put it down. Wonder if it's worth getting it and chucking the telly.

Full of dross and padding and i've almost stopped caring what's on. When I was a kid I'd have watched anything (there wasn't much to choose from but it was usually a lot better than now!)

    Anyhoo here's another choon
