    Hi I'm after some advice.
Have got virgin but was thinking of getting netflix or love film etc to watch some movies over the holidays. Does anyone know of any special offers etc?
My virgin contracts ends in jan so was planning to cancel and use freeview and one of these packages instead.
    Thanks in advance.

Dh has just bought. Of eBay a package that unlocks netflix for £12 think it's for a year at the min it is defo working. Worth a try

Merry Christmas to the 'Band of the Elite Soldiers' who tirelessly trawl the supermarkets & net for the glitches, deals & bargains to be had.

Thankyou for the advice & money saving deals these past few months, hoping I can repay the help in 2014. Cheers!

It was one of those 'kid in a candy shop' moments. With the meat and fish, the stuff I got was originaly over £600. Family will be well fed as will the neighbours. (apart from the !!!!!! next door:mad:) I was so excited I forgot to scan other bits and pieces. Did anyone find any decent markdowns an the electricals?

Thanks V, I thought that but everyone is different I suppose? I don't know much about his family situation on than bits that DS1 has mentioned. I know he went to a boarding school very far away from where his parents live, so maybe it's normal for them to not see much of him?? Who knows? I get the feeling that DS1 feels sorry for him though.....

What a lovely thoughtful D/S1 you have there ,just shows how well he has been brought up,and what a loving family he has.

Always had my house full D/D1 brought them home from Ros..ll

Do you know i remember you doing that last year too, think its a brill idea :T:T:T Have a lovely Christmas x

Hi Bubbs thanks we do it for birthdays too. I hope you have a fabulous Christmas.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.
  • Like others had a really busy RL day today - picked DS up at airport, been to cemetery to lay wreath for my very much missed Mum, Dad & brother, cleaned the house, visited neighbours and taken food round for some elderly ones and prepped the veg ready for the big day :T:T:T

The weather has been so dreadful and feel sorry for those without power etc and even more so for the people who have lost loved ones.

Will have a catch up before I collapse into bed but would like to wish you all a :xmassign:

and hope you all have a lovely day tomorrow :santa2::xmastree::snow_laug

Talking of neighbours, I'm just about to go out to put pressies on their doorsteps. Each have the same, bottle of wine, tco, crackers, something from m&s, box of biscuits, chocs and sweetie fillers for the kids. I hate this time of year. :p:D:rotfl:

Though T's could've provided me with a 1p tray to put it all on.:rotfl:
