I'm often a bit slow when it comes to offers etc and am wondering about this Sun Perks thing ! I've had several emails from them offering Primark vouchers and now I've had one offering a £10 Tesco voucher if I sign up for a months trial at £1 - I know lots of you have signed up and would appreciate a bit of guidance.
Am I right in thinking I have to sign up with a cc or dc and get the first month (and hopefully the coupon and other benefits) for just £1 ? Towards the end of the month I then cancel before they take out the following months £10 and, so long as I cancel after the first 7 days but before the end of the month it should be OK. Is it easy to cancel it? Any advice would be great.
Yep, sign up, get the freebies then remember to cancel. I did it no problem online and got £10 morrisons voucher, £5 morrisons voucher and 3 calvin Klein lipglosses. cancelled 10 days before money taken out (think it's the 31st of the month)Tiger

Snap logie, lil stink has a party this weekend and one at the beginning of feb booked in already. I won't need to buy anything for parties this year now :j:DLife is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0

Just to recap the changes we've made:
Running the washing machine on quick wash for every wash - they come out just as clean
Stopping school dinners once a week and making packed lunches all the time
Wasting absolutely NOTHING. Left over pastry bits are filled with sultanas, cinnamon and honey, rolled like a swiss roll and baked as a sweet treat for packed lunches and left over stew/curries are put into pasty and turned into pies.
Main bulk shopping at Aldi and buying what I can't get from there from Asda
Shopping early in the morning to take advantage of cut price offers before they all go
Planning meals around the reduced price meat Asda has
Freezing what veg we can and taking all fresh veg out of packaging so that it lasts longer
Bulking up things like minced beef with veg and beans so that it can make 2 meals
Making curries in bulk and freezing so I have one day every fortnight I don't have to cook - I just shove them in the oven
Ditching the car and walking more
Using free AVG anti-virus instead of paying for it
Turning radiators off in rooms we're not using and turning thermostat down
Doing much more baking and coming up with creative packed lunch ideas so that I'm not spending money on sandwich fillings
Changing our daily newspaper to the 20p i news
 Making my own cleaning products
Questioning everything we spend and asking if we can buy it cheaper elsewhere or if we really do need it
All of these are little changes but all those little changes add up to a big saving.
And another, stop buying stuff you don't need, want or will use!
filling cupboards, boxes, garages etc with things that are not gonna get used in not money saving no matter how cheap it may have been!!"He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin

 a short survey to complete.
my quickest survey ever, do you have a cat? - no
 thanks for completing survey. :rotfl:
I always do the surveys, even if not relevant to me. that's why I keep getting clothes for dw I believe.
nothing for me though. ( even the dogs get to eat free )at times 0 ( even the dogs get to eat free )at times 0

Think these are a particularly good buy for £2 from the Ts Clearance Link.

Doesn't show what price they have been reduced from but there is a similar set with about 100 blocks for £7.99 think just different design on some of the coloured bricks. 0 0

I agree, DS1 had these as a baby and they still get played with now. I looked at them but decided there was no one I could give them to.♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥0
