You don't have to keep swapping, just put the o2 sim in, download the app, then put your 3 sim back in. The app will still work.

Just spotted this she may get help this way?? Our LA didn't have this when i worked in childcare so not sure if its a new thing i left children's social services 5 years ago so could be.
Many local authorities have told the Grandparents' Association that they pay allowances to grandparents who were formerly foster carers, or who, by caring for their grandchildren, prevented the need for these children to be in local authority care.
Unfortunately, whether or not these allowances are paid is at the discretion of the local authority and the amounts that are paid varyUpdating .................................................

The case law originates from 20+ years ago, but most authorities avoided it like the plague. Two authorities where challenged about 8 years ago with massive pay outs, so they dodge a lot less now. The rule of thumb is was the LA taking any action to safeguard other than a basic CP plan. Most authorities are very good at this now in paying as not paying costs much more.100 -

The grey area arises because in cases of guardianship the guardian has to support the children financially (no problem if benefits can be claimed) but legally the biological parent(s) remain financially liable until their parental rights are removed.....hence the wriggling room/grey area0 -
