I cant believe I done this just by picking up a bag of cheese last oct when there was a glitch !!!! so please be careful...was very fit and healthy at the time as well x
not read back yet but just saw this........I did three at once by putting some washing in the machine.
Consultant told me never to bend forward with both arms outstretched (just the movement needed when picking up glitch items, lol).
I was offered the op but was told not always successful on lower back as mine are all together and also have osteo arthritis.
Watch your kidneys louj as the meds bugg*8d mine up:(

I just almost had a heart attack in sainsbugs.
It's ham and chips for dinner tonight so I had to pick up some ham on my way back from work. Picked up a couple of teeny gammon joints, then popped along to the deli counter as the ham in there looked quite nice. I said I wanted two "fairly thick" slices and he cut me two off.

Said ham is sat in a fridge round by the sausages. I wasn't paying that for two bits of ham :eek:

Here's a little mathematical formula that might help you answer these questions:

My waterproof trousers were in my bag. As the bus went on, it absolutely chucked it down, proper apocalypse (sp?) weather. I got off the bus and stood in the bus shelter to put my waterproofs on so I could keep the bottom half of me dry.
My lovely big umbrella, which I have had for 5 years, through all sorts of crappy weather decided to fold backwards and snap. No hope of resuscitation. So I'm having to keep walking with no umbrella, my superdry jacket very quickly becoming not so superdry, my trainers soaking through very quickly and rain dripping down from my hood onto my specs and down my face.
I looked a proper sight when I eventually got to work :rotfl:
My office now looks like a chinese laundry with my jacket hung up drying, my trainers and socks on the radiator and my waterproof trousers hanging up drying

Always keep a decent carrier bag in handbag. River island ones best as nice strong ones. Very easy to fashion a nice waterproof hat by just rolling back a bit. Worked wonders for me this morning as i am unable to hold a brolly up due to the RA.

I felt really ill and tired, but blood test confirmed this.
I now cannot have ANY pain relief except on a one off basis. and nothing strong.......your doc should give you regular bloods anyway but if not, ask.0 -
