I know Sarah, we are seriously going to have a cheese and wine party soon, I did the same last year for friends makes for a very cheap evening. :j
I have changed my signature and just weighed myself and I am exactly where I was before I started 5:2 last year whenever that was, may give it a go tomorrow if you can all put up with me being bit touchy, my body will probably go into shock. :rotfl:
Sounds good idea, I must be the only person who doesn't like wine though :eek:.
Well done you for staying the same weight, I am the same, haven't put any on over the xmas period, may just join you all in the 5:2 diet, have no idea what to do though0 -

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

No unfortunately not, its on Tesco mobile, Oh got it for me, he didn't even tell me, just surprised me, as I had been moaning for age that I wanted a smartphone, cause I keep missing glitches while I am out shopping, and then by the time I have got home and checked lappie, it is too far for to travel back to Sada to get the glitch.
My son is on Tesco mobile aswell, so we get extra minutes and internet.0 -
Lunch today was white stilton with apricots that was whoopsied on 15th November. It was fine no need to freeze cheese. :rotfl:
I think I have a cheese obsession.
Few anchor cheddars in the fridge at home too. And did I say one of those 7 cheese xmas selections.
Hopefully I will end up looking like a mouse if I eat enough.

You eat normally whatever that is for 5 days of the week and for 2 days (not both together) you restrict yourself to intake of 500 cals. If you stick to it it does work well but I'm not good at sticking to anything.0
