I put my back out last oct...I had 3 slipped discs (2 in my neck and 1 at the bottom of my back) and all three are pressing my nerves which means I get pain and cramps down my legs and arms as well as in my neck and back...I had a spin op about 4 months ago on my neck well at the very top of my back...which did stop the pain down my arms but I think I have been over doing thing with xmas and housework so I have been in more pain again since xmas but today I am just hurting all over again .....I have been trying not to take to many painkillers as I was on 30 plus oramorth a day but needed to atke more today....im on the list for another spin op for the bottom of my back but I don't know when that will be

I cant believe I done this just by picking up a bag of cheese last oct when there was a glitch !!!! so please be careful...was very fit and healthy at the time as well x

Morning all not checked back nut just got in and had to let you guys now wilkinsons have started there massive Xmas clear out they were only just sorting signs at about 11 when I was in there but loads of stuff 25p 50p £1 and £2 got some lovely bits Gillette sets for a quid nail wrap sets 25p nail files 25p lynx sets were still £2 also got some fab headphones for dd just £2

I got my first graze box today, was a Christmas gift, it came with 2 £5 vouchers :j I haven't read the t&cs yet so don't know if they can be combined with the friend code, but if they can it will work out £6.67 for 5 boxes (not a huge bargain, but I wouldn't buy them for any more than that )

You've just reminded me to look on my app:) there's 60p for Cheerios...and 70p for shreddies. Cheerios On offer at £1.59 in sbobs... And I've got a cc moc too...shreddies are £2..in sbobs.. I feel a mr t shop may be in order:)
