I put my back out last oct...I had 3 slipped discs (2 in my neck and 1 at the bottom of my back) and all three are pressing my nerves which means I get pain and cramps down my legs and arms as well as in my neck and back...I had a spin op about 4 months ago on my neck well at the very top of my back...which did stop the pain down my arms but I think I have been over doing thing with xmas and housework so I have been in more pain again since xmas but today I am just hurting all over again .....I have been trying not to take to many painkillers as I was on 30 plus oramorth a day but needed to atke more today....im on the list for another spin op for the bottom of my back but I don't know when that will be

I cant believe I done this just by picking up a bag of cheese last oct when there was a glitch !!!! so please be careful...was very fit and healthy at the time as well x

Take it easy louj101. Hopefully it is just that you have overdone it a bit over the holiday break. Have you tried hot or cold compresses until the pain relief kicks in. And don't let the pain take control, keep it under control with the meds you have been given, but I am sure you already know that. :A

thank you x it means a lot xx....sorry to here your in pain too...it really gets you down when its everyday .....it was lucky I had so much stock here didn't need to buy much for a long time lol....but I need to start again now and my back just keeps say NO lol

Not heard anything yet today but mum and baby went home yesterday and were both looking well when we visited, DD1 is still very tired but early days yet.

Hope everyone is well..

Thankyou for all your birthday wishes yesterday I had a lovely afternoon after my "birthday sandwich". DD decided to give me a pedicure, complete with peppermint foot scrub and Gok moisturizer... Only thing is she got bored after doing one foot:rotfl:

I'm off to a spa on Saturday for a back, shoulder and scalp massage... But will probably come out looking like "Worzel Gummage":rotfl:
