I put my back out last oct...I had 3 slipped discs (2 in my neck and 1 at the bottom of my back) and all three are pressing my nerves which means I get pain and cramps down my legs and arms as well as in my neck and back...I had a spin op about 4 months ago on my neck well at the very top of my back...which did stop the pain down my arms but I think I have been over doing thing with xmas and housework so I have been in more pain again since xmas but today I am just hurting all over again :(.....I have been trying not to take to many painkillers as I was on 30 plus oramorth a day :( but needed to atke more today....im on the list for another spin op for the bottom of my back but I don't know when that will be
thank you for asking and sending me hugs x

Poor You :( . Hope you don't have to wait too long for your next op lou, nothing worse than being in constant pain :( I have fibro & CPS amongst other issues (LOL), I'm on pregabalin for nerve pain, it's supposed to change the way the brain perceives pain, also on Oramorph but hate taking it as it makes me feel pants. It's so easy to damage your back, thoughts glitches were supposed to be a goos thing! This one certainly wasn't!! Hope you feel better as the day goes on, rest & take it easy :oxx
