Re the LYB cards. I have had a refund on all of mine. They are sent from Serbia and either take forever to arrive or don't arrive at all. I used the contact us form to send a short message requesting a refund (1 at a time) If you really do want the card though, I think you can ring or email them and request the card number which you can use instore and register to your online account.

Used my LYB card birthday £5 in a BS outlet shop, got about £28 original priced stuff as it was reduced and they had further offers on. Keeping my next few to use there too. HTH
