Evening all, I am all caught up now. Been to Ikea this evening for shelving/storage boxes and a few other bits. Guess what the storage will beHaving a lovely evening on my own for change. Watching an Adele concert on Sky Arts. Popped to Waities with oh earlier and got some fab bargains. 8 packets corned beef, 3 packs low fat Mozarella, 3 Heston Salmon Pate with Earl Grey t, 1 pack nice ham, 2 low fat Vanilla youghort, large tub cottage cheese and the Guardian all for £4.57. As usual they applied the multi buys and they paid me to take away the meats.
DD gone out with her friends for her bday ( which is on Monday). She will be 28 and although she had a crap year last year she seems to have come through it a stronger person. I was a bit against her having a pup but Pickles seems to have done her the world of good and loves her dearly. She is also getting on fab with bf and there is talk of them looking for a house near me and moving in together again.
I seem to have come through the year a stronger person myself. I am 3.5 stone lighter, have boundless energy, walk to the shops every day and don't seem to let my family walk all over me.
Really pleased for you rose, glad that you, and your dd, have come through it all stronger and ready to face the future :jTrulyMadly wrote: »What's Molly short for?

Evening everyone, I've just spent all day asleep, quite literally! I went to bed at 11pm, woke at 8am this morning, back in bed at noon and only just up, apparently it's done the trick though as I feel far less rough! Though I think I'll be back to bed again soon as I do want to be in 'normal' time, not night shift mode!
Also I bought an MP3 off amazon 'The Virtual Gastric Band' to train myself to stop overeating, 1.5 parts in and I'm already thinking/feeling differently!princessmelody2009 wrote: »Sorry to hear of all those not feeling well, hope your numbers are better today Kadison
Thank you, they are fine today, though I am feeling rough! I have ordered a new meter as I suspect mine has been acting up  Problem is I've had to get it from the states as they don't seem to sell it here anymore, I daren't get a different one and ask them to change my test strips as I was told twice that they wouldn't keep supplying them...that was about 18 months ago! The last thing I want to do is flag it up and have to start paying for the flaming things! :eek:No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

I am TERRIFIED of spiders (have nightmares about them, once cracked a rib throwing myself across the bedroom in an attempt to get away from a spider I was dreaming about ).
We took the decs down today and I almost freaked that there was a spider's web at the bottom of the tree - turned out to be a tiny piece of the netting they use to wrap them in. Don't know what I would have done if my tree really did have spiders in it :eek::eek:
I was awoken by a large thud about 2 am by my DD throwing a hot water bottle at a dream spider on her bedroom wall, she insisted there was a huge spider and at 26 I had to cuddle her back to sleep, bless!:rotfl:"Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

Have sent them message via fb as want to book quickly but the code means another £42 off which is a lot of money.
Fingers crossed they either reply or have a phone line open tomorrow.
