Just back from Laura Ashley and Thrifty have gone for the same one as you and bought matching curtains also the geranium wallpaper for the downstairs loo and another couple of rolls of Gosword in plum to freshen up the bathroom so looks like I will be busy in the spring. I know even in their sale it is still quite expensive but I love that not many people I know have LA (apart from DD Lala that is);)
You will love the amethyst Nanny - everybody who has seen it says what a gorgeous colour it is. I also bought the matching silk curtains to go with it (hAlf price in sale) but they were too long so had them professionally shortened and had cushions made with cut off fabric. It looks lovely - very pastelly iyswim and slightly girly but OH doesn't seem to mind

When I go to see DS2 I used to wash the dishes.. it took hours!
When they were in Halls, they had a cleaner. They used to buy her flowers/chocolates on a monthly basis as she was lovely to them.
Now they are in private rented I do not wash or clean, but I did drop OH off to help him pack! Hilarious!![/QUOTE]

Think I will carry on eating and drinking til Monday, then start my new healthy life - I am thinking of getting the Morphy Richards soupmaker - does anyone already have one who can recommend/not recommend it, and has anyone seen it for a better price than £39.99? TIA
If you have a decent pan, dont bother. Its just as easy if not easier (easier to wash afterwards) to make in a pan. If you like it smooth, just buy a £5 hand blender.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

I could tell you some tales about the kids. I have about one and his vibrating pen
:rotfl:
Head seems very nice at school I am at
You did tell us :rotfl:Yesterday cook in school said (boys name) came in for his breakfast at breakfast club and asked cook if she could fix his vibrating pen it wasn't lighting up. She took it off him and he tells her the black thing on top isn't screwed on proper so it wont work proper. So cook is stood there trying to fix it then realises what it is and didn't know what to do she was in kitchen on her own holding this ann summers pen  :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
She said she told lad she couldn't fix it Then washed her hands and when she had chance had to tell teacher.
She said she didn't know what was more embarrassing realising what it was then having to tell teacher :rotfl:Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

I don't think I've had the email yet but living in hope - my Groupon is aligned to my facebook and last used May 2013 to get the Marks deal.
The other Groupon has credit on it but last used in September“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

School kitchen I work in have a breakfast club and cook one morning was serving breakfasts when this lad asked her if she would have a look at his pen because he thought top wasn't on correct because it wasn't vibrating lighting up.
Cook took it off him to look and :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:it wasn't a pen but an Ann Summers toy
She was
and gave it him back and rushed to wash her hands and had to tell teacher. She said after she didn't know which was more embarrassing realising what it was or having to tell teacher. We couldn't stop :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:in kitchen when cook was telling us. 0
