Good morning all x
just started raining here always the way when you have got to ho out.....me and ds got to pop in town today to pay money in ghe bank...I wish I could drive on days like this

is there any good offers to look out for in Bristol town shops please?
Might just help with getting really wet today

Rainy and windy here
Came very close to knocking down a bloke on my way to work this morning,he just stepped out from behind a van, luck would have it, I was slowing down because there is a zebra crossing 50 yards down the road, well known in my area for people to just stepping out on it and not waiting for traffic to stop, obviously I woke him up when I slammed on and beep my horn, anyhow he decided it was my fault and started effing at me, I hate driving in the dark , no I just hate driving
Hope everyone else had a better start to their day, better get back to work or I will be in trouble

I often have that trouble on my pushbike, people seem to think you can stop within inches as a cyclist. There was one time when a car pulled out right in front of me and I stopped about an inch from her door and broke my brake wire! It was the only time I have seen the colour literally drain from someone's face! I frequently have pedestrians step out right in front of me, not the same as in a car I know, but there is an awful lot of stupid people around. And I wear a high vis jacket or vest so I am very visible!

Well following on from the great printer ink crisis of 2014 yesterday - checked all places now and we are def deficient in printer ink so I've got to do some research on cheap ink places - even found a bag of ink for previous printers which is only worth a pound or 2 on ebay so I have to find a suitable charity collection for them.
And now we are a cello tape less household - this has never ever been known before :eek: Over usage at Christmas.
I have sent an SOS to OH in the hope he has some in his office.
If anyone has made themselves a carefully crafted new budget planner for 2014 you need to make sure you have a column for office supplies - printer ink, cello tape. Staples etc
All of your careful fiscal planning will go to pot if you don't include all of life's necessities

Anyway first Friday of the month and of the New Year - if this is the only crisis we have today it will be a very good day.

Thank you. She is brilliant , so many goods times with her when we were young on family holidays.
