Hope everyone had a good evening
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.
  • Never tried it with coke but you don't need to cover meat in the slow cooker, I have done it without any added liquid before now (bubbs beef:D) and with gammon I tend to pop a enough cider in to give it a bit of moisture, about a quarter the way up the gammon.

Mmmm cider :D The only cider in the house is black cherry kopperberg. I think I'll stick to coke as planned lol, thanks hun x

Yes, you are totally right. Some of the friendships formed on here are lovely to see and it's obviously a great comfort to a lot of people.

O dear....I cooked one in the sc last week. Covered it right over...? Tasted delicious anyway so I guess it doesn't really matter....?

I've half filled it so I'll report back and let you know. As you say it's gonna be delicious regardless. (That's what everyone on here says anyway)
    Cheers hun x
