Oh wow..I also thought supermarkets shut on Christmas Day and Boxing Day and new year..I didn't realise it varied depending on where you are!! I think they shouldn't be allowed to open :)

May be wrong, but think it's Christmas Day and Easter Sunday when trading isn't allowed. Any other opening days are up to the firm concerned.

Also been told Sunday trading hours may be relaxed this year, and that's not a good move either, in my opinion!

I love Fringe. I watched 3 series I think than I forgot when the new one started so never kept up with it and it was a programme where you couldn't miss episodes xx

I'm enjoying it too, just have to work out how to continue to watch it once DS1 takes the playstation back to uni!

DS1 has introduced me to a new American series, for those who've enjoyed under the Dome, person of interest etc, you might like Fringe :)

Watched 4 episodes yesterday, only 96 to go! lol

Oh I highly recommend Fringe and if you've only just started watching it...then hang onto your hat..the twists and turns are unbelieveable.
My favourite person of all time in it...Walter Bishop. It may take a few episodes for you to see why I love him... but you'll see.:j

Don't know if it's just me, but lots of the JL website wasn't working properly.
Anyway if you search 'baking' they have lots of silicone muffin tins, square/round tins reduced from £10 to £3

  • Good morning all. Hope you are all ready for a lovely glitch new year :D

OH seems to have fixed the pedal on my bike - amazing what a bit of hammering to try to get the thing off does to it, all of a sudden it seems to be running freely again! Only problem is I can't get out to try it out in this lot  It is peeing down and the wind does not help any!
