I've found a bottle of aperitif at the back of the drinks cupboard, a present from Croatia, called Liker Od Suhe Smokve, so I think I'll have a glass of that - just to try and work out what it is ... for research purposes, you know.:)

I held on to my waters right until I was ready to push. Had to be broken all 3 times. Remember one of them having a tiny scratch on their head from it. Apparently it makes for a more comfortable labour if they stay intact. :eek:

I thought it was a crochet hook? :rotfl: but that was a much longer time ago
