no thanks - i dont accept gifts that arent either money or coupons :)

    Merry Christmas Tom!

Anyone who is headed to Ts today my informant (Mum) tells me that their own brand Christmas puddings are 87p. And Ts finest fruit topped ham (900g) is reduced from £12 to £6.

Loved the duet last night FC & DM. Very festive!

My coupons arrived too from Ts. Bit disappointed! No flowers coupon and just a load of old glitchy ones that I haven't bought in ages. 60p off of nouvelle :rotfl:

Morning everyone, hope we are all well, not hung over or suffering from gastro intestinal over indulgence problems and last nights storms have not left you roofless - jump for joy!

I think someone has updated me to IE11 so I cant get smilies - annoying - this is the trouble with having other people on your computer, they mess with things.

Always always when someone comes home we end up having to do a system restore or sort out some virus they have down loaded - mad.

Apologies again, can someone remind me how to get my old IE back - I should have written the instructions down but I did not expect this to happen - very annoyed with offspring.

Thats a good idea with jar:T:T

I was thinking of you with the floods. did they affect you this time? Yes i have already started the jar as my sis just came for wine and dishwasher tabs . Also my brother has a mobile toilet business and is buying most of my toilet roll stock. means I can get some more bills paid off. The meeting in Kettering starts at 9 so am booking a travelodge for night before and oh will drive me, drop me off at meeting and then he will travel on to scotland for some winter walking. I will then catch a train back to Bristol or see if anyone else from my area is travelling back.

Apart from that minor annoyance - I did not realise how smilie dependant I was!

OH has gone back to work and eldest child is on a train home, still have youngest child home which is really lovely but even so the house feels very flat and empty.

The usual main stays of getting busy and active are not working, I'm on the 2nd of 4 loads of washing, no idea where I am going to dry this lot. I've booked a dentist appointment. I've got to write a Tosco shopping list to use up the new points and MOCs.

This is hardly the level of excitement we have been enjoying over the last week - feels very depressing.
