I'm sorry to say I had the same thought as they did and that was just from reading the title :o:(

They asked a valid question and you and another poster responded with a valid answer.

Not worth biting/arguing/flaming....simply differing view points on a topic close to different people's hearts, that's all

Oh jelly.....the first time is always the best. Ignore me, I've been drinking :)
I tend to ignore the people who haven't been drinking, though having been the 'designated driver' over Christmas, it does tend to give a different perspective when you are the only sober person at a social gathering:)

Humm - I just wanted to encourage peeps who would normally buy from the stores and redirect them to the cancer research shop and also to help peeps. Its ok I won't bother with any charity stuff if it gets misconstrued .....

That would be a shame because as I said

Ah Morgy don't worry. Whatever the difference of opinion charities will still get the money. It's just the internet. I don't think anyone was 'avin a pop.

Thanks auu1 but just meant wouldn't bother posting re any charity bargains if that's how many peeps feel. I agree that peeps have different views but also not nice if you are Op when you post an offer - if you disagree don't post reply. Also I don't get to post many offers so :(

It wasn't just a point of view but an assumption by that poster about me by stating that ...
"if you really wanted to support the charity ... better to buy them full price" ...
how does this person know how many charity cards have been brought full price before, or how a person may also be supporting a charity? - that's what rankled.

Interesting what is acceptable and not acceptable on here tho. Its a genuine sale - have seen charity freebie shirts misuse etc (eczema shirts) hey ho. But useful to see another perspective I just meant I will side step it in future.

Morgy you have no need at all to explain yourself my love. You have been so quiet and utterly dignified about what you've been through.

You are very acceptable and that's all that matters. I love your updates. Me and you were having very different hard times at the same time a while back. You were very good company :) I appreciated it so much then and always look out for your updates now xxx
