    Thanks for quick reply Richard, yes just double checked my bank account and haven't received this.

    Do I telephone DWP ESA or DWP DLA to query this?

    Received my Winter Fuel Allowance (£100) and the £10 Christmas bonus on the 23rd.


    That should see us right for food and drinks at the New Year party.

    Well - spending it on heating won't go far.

    (thankful here for the mild december - it's only 8 in here - no need to turn the heating on yet)

    I'd think £200 would cover most people's additional heating costs during the coldest winter periods - it's not supposed to cover your total heating costs for the whole year! We've got expensive oil fired central heating but it still covers those extra costs for us for for 3/4 months.

    Then I think you'll need to get in touch with DWP to chase it up - as far as I know all the payment runs were completed before Christmas, so if for some reason you were missed they'll probably have to process it manually.
