Will be pleased to join this challenge. Just £5.00 per day to start with. What do I do now to join?

I will update the second post, doing some stuff right now.

Think about what you are going to do to make your £5 a day.

free listing on ebay until tomorrow, if you have things to sell. or you can sell on facebook, netmums, carboot, jumble sale, etc.

any old books/dvds you no longer want? check out the first post for links of places to sell.

do surveys? check your accounts if you can cash out anywhere.

Saved £6.35 using coupons with my shopping. Apparently saved £12.99 in multi-buys too. Only counting the £6.35 though.

I can't quite believe it is Saturday afternoon already! Two items sold on eBay, netting me £18.69 after all fees and postage. I've started offering free postage and I may downgrade it to second class seeing as you can now print it.

I'm not feeling up to too much right now so I think I'm going to parcel a few items, do some eBay relists, give ZiffIt a try then go and curl up on the sofa.

I have added £28.08 in nectr points transferred from my Sains credit card and from my shopping today (mostly paid for in gift vouchers so that's good.) I hope it's ok to add as the home of this thread is debt free wannabe that I only have the cc to pay off in full in month and wouldn't want anyone to think this is a good way to add to their total if they are clearing debt, the apr is far too much if you don't pay it off.

Got woken up by a call from ms people this morning, asking me to go to supermarket so that was good timing.

  • Hi There,

Can you count me in on this challenge for £5 per day please, I think £10 is a bit too ambitious for me to start with but who knows, it will be nice to see how much I can make when I put my mind to it.

Hi I'm new to this thread too. Thank you all for your very useful posts and help. I have spent the weekend listing for free on e-bay, am going to also send some cds/dvds to Magpie and have sent some foreign currency off this morning. I am hoping to try and make £10 a day if possible to recover the christmas overspend!
