Hi lush life saver and duloch welcome to the thread

Duloch - 25 is a good number to buy for , have to count how many myself and make a spread sheet. I think mum 2 one has one.

I kept a notebook I wrote everything down in, by beginning of December I'd lost it!! Next year I will try harder with this , as I ended up duplicating things and even forgot what I had brought and ended up buying too much

    Congrats lushlifesaver on the smallie

    And bambisbelle

The price of school trips !!!! Wow

    Glad mine have grown up

They missed the prom as well we were conviently on holidays :-)

    Happy New Year everyone.

I hope you don't mind me joining in. It's good to see some old faces on the thread and plenty of new ones too.

I really need to be organised this year as I've got a new arrival (a little boy) due in March, so I need to be as motivated with the money making and super organised with the gifting and household jobs. After being part of the thread in previous years I know Mum2one is up to the job of keeping me on the straight and narrow. If I go missing at any point (as I tend to do when motivation waivers) she knows where to come and find me and has my permission to give me a good kick. ;)

You lot can't half natter, four pages already, so I won't read back and will start afresh from today if you don't mind. See you all around. :D

I cheated and just read back the page - Lushlifesaver your birthday is the day after mine only I'll be 45 (eek - how did that happen). We must be due about the same time too. My little one is due 30th March (Mother's Day woohoo) so lots to look forwards to next year. :D

    Hi All

I was just browsing through the threads yesterday and found this one. I couldn't believe it as I had already set myself a challenge to have a cash neutral Christmas in 2014

Can I join you all as this looks like exactly what I want to do.

I am planning to earn money from eBay, completing surveys, cash back sites, earning points on shopping and selling (more) of my huge amount of books (already sold over 100 in the last couple of months) :rotfl:

All money earned from the above is going to be put into a separate savings account to achieve this challenge. Hopefully it will also help me reach my decluttering of the house challenge as well. :j

Hope everyone has a Happy, Successful and Productive 2014

    Chez x
That money talks I don't deny, I heard it once, it said "Goodbye"
