That is as why I post this thread. after I paid £1000 reservation fee and signed the reservation form, they called me and want to change the reservation form to give me discount for £5000. so I thought if they willing to change the reservation form I can get chance for more negotiation.

As others have said buyers usually get extras on completed unsold houses, as the houses on your estate were all sold quickly you will find it hard to get any more money off.
So to try for a few things, say something like "I am so glad the price includes a terrace and grass in the back garden" or similar when you next see the agent.
Plus make sure you visit the site for an inspection before the build is complete, check the house is to plan and where it should be. Also check the plot size, they have a habit of shrinking if the builders can get late permission to squeeze an extra house in.0
