I had something similar from Anglian Water, but they sent a man with it to fit my bits and bobs. Can you look on their web site, or ring them?

The stuff I got from Anglian Water consisted of inserts for the tap nozzles and a flow restrictor for the shower.
You have to unscrew the tap nozzle diffuser, push out the insert and fit the replacement. If you can't remove the tap nozzle, then the kit is of no use.
The shower restrictor is fitted by unscrewing the hose from the shower head, fitting the restrictor to the hose and then replacing the shower head. If you've got a fixed shower rather than a flexible hose, then you can't fit itNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -
Dont fit the shower restrictor on a Electric one though0
