Thanks all
I have now decluttered 1 kitchen cupboard - however i need help  I cannot decide if i have too many of some thingsso here goes:-
Decluttered pan cupboard and general oven-y bake-y things
I *need* a new set of pans, i've needed a new set for about 2 years now but keep on making do even though all the handles have come off the lids causing accidents once or twice *ouchy*I have no money for these and they will need to wait
I have 7 roasting dishesis too many ?
I do use them and its really handy having the different size for different recipes
1 is metal and the only 1 with a lid, it has been in the family forever - some people get heirlooms i got a metal roasting dishbut i love it
and its useful and sentimental too
I have 2 same size oval dishes - these are glass and 1 will not some up sprarkly clean no matter what - the other was a bargain price replacement same make and super cheap - except i didn't throw the original away as its still useable
i have 2 different size rectangular roasting dishes
and 2 square roasting dishes - same size - i had bought one and got 1 for a gift - they are fab though i can do potatoes in 1 or toad in the holeand veg in the other.
Also, when i have the oven on i will throw a few dishes in at the same time  so will use a few of these although not 7 in 1 day*but* they are different sizes - Help! To keep or throw away
I have 3 casserole dishes - 2 are different sizes and i'd forgotten about 1 and its a really convenient size :T But i have this is a le crueset also - shall i sell it? will it sell? it is too expensive for me to use really as i couldn't replace it if it broke and its heavy for me
The rest is standard stuff and used except for my beautiful mixing bowls - i need to start baking again soon or sell them at le carboot - i guess too big and heavy for bay of e ?CC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
Aw, Dedicated. I'm sorry yo've been feeling pants - that's rubbish.
(You too, Cheery.) Why didn't you say something sooner?

Aw, sorry to hear you feel down - tbh, it doesn't sound like you get much relaxation - hope you can make some time soon.
Roasting dishes sound a lot - but you use them all at different times for different things! And there are different shapes involved too! Um, how well do they stack? And are you storing them in the most efficient way possible?
As for the Le Creuset - it sounds like you're worried about using it, its so expensive; I certainly couldn't use one, they're too heavy with my arthritis. But if you *did* decide to sell it, you could put it on ebay as collection only, try it out? Course, you still have to pay to list
Good luck!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Sorry to hear you've been down, DDFW and Cheery. Hope things pick up for you both. Hope listing things to be grateful for helped.
I am not glum, just very tired and a bit blank. But grateful to have been paid today. I like reading your thread too.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -
All ok my end thanks D.
Sounds yummy soup.0
