Phones 4 U Mobile Phone Insurance

Does anybody know if you can take out the Mobile Phone Insurance with Phones 4 U if you don't buy the phone through them? Their Insurance is by far the cheapest that offers next day changeover in the event of a claim.
The issue I have is that they can't match a deal that I've found elsewhere for my upgrade as I've tried to get them to. However, the website who do the phone cheaper only insurance at £12p/m.

The insurance is an add-on service to a P4U sale, so no sale, no insurance.
Simply find out who provides it, then go direct and see if they can match the P4U policy.0
