best package

Hi,

My Sky cancels down on Sunday but no winback calls so looking for advise on what is best package out there or wither they will get in touch to offer me 1/2 price deal again as all i got offered on the phone when i called to cancel was 10% discount

'Best package' for what? What subscription channels do you want? If none, the the 'best deal' is Freeview or Freesat-at no cost.

Whether they call you again will depend on whether you previously declined contact.

I left sky in December 2011 in febuary 2012 they offered me 75 percent off for 12 months I was in contract with virgin by then so said no, then in September 2012 they offered me 50 percent off for 12 months and went back with them ,this September they offered me 50 percent off for another 12 months when I asked to leave ,so just an idea if you leave sky and have sky now or netflix or something not in contract and then waite question is how long ,or ask them for a mac code and say your going to bt that's if you have line rental with them

If you opted out of marketing then they won't be calling OR Sky have your wrong contact details then they will be calling the wrong number.

Call winback inbound if you would be happy with 40% off for 12 months to stay.
