This is not my first experience of problems with this company (perhaps I shouldn't have given them a second chance) but they had a really nice coat that I decided to get my daughter for Christmas.

They seem to run their stock levels on a shoestring, as things have often run out then suddenly become available again. But (and perhaps if someone can advise me here) if they accept an order and agree to fulfil it by a certain date that is contract.

So two weeks ago I ordered said coat. Was told it would be delivered this week. Today I get an auto generated email from them telling me the item is out of stock and I won't be getting it at all. A call, an apology, a voucher or something - no NOTHING.

I just wanted to alert other mums as to how they operate and unless you aren't bothered whether you get your items or not then please give them a wide berth.

Have you tried La Redoute? I buy nearly all my little boys clothes there. They sell vert baudet clothes too (in fact many of the clothes I buy are by them). I have never had a problem with them -delivery takes a little longer but Im usually buying in the sales so getting the next sizes up so it doesn't matter. They have some cracking deal on there too if you keep your eye out.
Ooooh if you do give them a try -you my find sizes come up small (although they are trying to sort this out)
