Pac code help

Hi

I cancelled my 3 contract, and got a pac code, so I can port my number. We opened a new tariff for my son.His existing tariff i'll be on, so is this possible: For my son to ask for a pac code, and use it then, I use my pac code on the same network? Virgin mobile btw.

Thanks

Sorry if it's confusing

You can't cancel and request a PAC, it's one or the other.
You can't use a PAC on the same network, it's given to your new provider. Yo have to port out to a temporary PAYG provider, and then port in again-if that's what you mean.
Yes it is confusing-can you rephrase it?

No. It is possible (in two steps) to port your number to your son's contract, but in this case you'll lose your son's number and it's impossible to save it without terminating the contract.

And it's PAC, not PAC code.
    'C' stands for 'Code'.

Apologies for asking such a basic question ... but if you are saying PAC on the phone, do you spell it out (Pee-Ay-See) or say it as a word (Pack)?
