Mr Worried Jim, please mind your words. Every one comes here and discuss their problems or give some suggestions and I can't really understand why you are keep on adding 'dodgy' word here.
What exactly made you think that I am dodgy. If you really cannot give any suggestions, please carry on with your own work or at least watch what is happening, but you cannot really criticize someone without knowing the facts0 -

By the way guys, here is the update. For those who were complaining 'dodgy' please read it here
Spoke to both banks (managers in a branch), they said that they cannot really find anything wrong, because I have got both Lloyds and Halifax and I am not really using both as main account (even though I am transferring from one to another, they want to see money coming from outside and paying lot of direct debits), they suspect that might be the reason. Because both Lloyds and Halifax are both part of Lloyds group bankings, they can actually see clearly that what is happening at both the ends.
By the way they also suggested me that the credit card will be closed, but I don't need to worry about the balance transfer offer as they mentioned that it will carry on until the original time promised. As everyone suggested here, all it is I cannot make new transactions (which I was not intended to as the balance belongs to BT offer) but if I carry on paying minimum payments it works.
Thank you for all who input some thoughts and helped. For those who were not even helpful but made some 'dodgy' comments, all I can say is, please learn behaving. Thank you0
