Aldi Tablet, any good?

There must be a tremendous mark up on these things I bought a 7"
tablet at a trade show in the US for £40 and I got chatting to the Chinese couple selling them and they cost less than $10 wholesale.
I still use this cheap tablet in preference to my £300 Motorola Xoom.

You can get a 7" Tab 3 for £790 -
To be fair, you will struggle to find any tablet with a full size HDMI port
There have been some but not many
The tablets I have had so far have had mini HDMI ports. So have a lead for them and a standard one for connecting a laptop.
I certainly wouldn't pay what tesco are asking for their leads. I don't think I paid more that £5 each for the two I already have and I know I could have got them even cheaper but didn't want to risk it.
I might buy an adapter , if I can find a UK seller, and save adding to the spaghetti of cables under the telly, (HDMI, USB, numchucks etc which seem to be the requisite stuff of modern TV viewing, and that's before you get to the spider's web behind the TV!)0
