None. Well, unless you count drinking wine, eating choc and having a curry, my mum and I dont eat meat, so we just have a takeaway. My brother comes to see us on Christmas Eve, I stay with my mum for a few days, hes a creature of habit, you could set your watch by him.
I dont have a telly and neither does my mum, but its nice to sit and just chat, eat and drink. My mum is a teacher so she has a couple of weeks off at Christmas, I go to her for Hogmanay as well for a couple of days.
My gran died 3 years ago at Christmas, so it is important to me that my mum and I see one another and its nice to see my brother too, although he works at the gym chain Im a member at and he did my programme for me, so he says Ive been stalking him for months now.0 -
National Lampoon's christmas vacation. Every year with a buffet dinner. It shall be this Sunday, just the four of us.0

Stockings for the lads. I keep hoping they'll do me one, but not so far.
Great big pork roast with lots of veggies, stuffing & apple sauce, all cooked by my husband. (I get to wash up, playing Christmas music.)
A Bond film &/or Dr.Who.
Family phone calls where the phone gets handed round like pass the parcel...
Me trying to jot down who got what from whom & weeks later trying to decipher the scrawl & get the lads to write thank you letters...0 -
We've gone to the cinema on Christmas eve for goodness knows how long and I used to enjoy going but then for 3 years I had to suffer the LOTR trilogy.
Then it was ok again but last year I suffered The Hobbit and afterwards I said that I would rather stick pins in my eyes than see anymore of this trilogy.
Looks like this year I'll be sticking pins in my eyes on Christmas Eve.........2014 Target;

And of course, have to end the entire thing crying.

Christmas Eve - Take wreaths to the crem for relatives not with us, then Pizza for early evening, new PJs and a night infront of TV.
Christmas Day - Stockings come downstairs to be opened with family, breakfast, - bucks fizz, bacon sandwich.
Dinner, - rest of presents spread out over Xmas Day and Boxing Day, - won't be Christmas without my dad moaning about where is the wrapping paper going to go, he's got too many deordrants, socks, shower gel (but if theres more than one bottle beer or whisky thats different matter!!)
Me - trying to get whos brought us what (incase we need to regift and also thank you letters for DD)
Afternoon - Parents and dog - asleep on settee, DD usually engrossed in what she has had for Xmas - me with the TV remote..
Dreaming of exotic locations.... xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0
