There's so many threads I'm getting confused. Is this still just at the PPC appeal stage? If yes then the bullet headings are all you really need, plus the sentence C-M mentions and your final paragraph (about costs). The full text would be your POPLA appeal.
  • It's ok, I just removed the paragraph about claiming my expenses from them, as I'm not overly bothered about doing that in the event that it gets that far tbh.

Submitted!! So let's see what happens in the next 14 days!

Cheers for everyone's help so far!
  • Just got an email... Successfully waived! :D

Thanks for everyone's help, especially Coupon-mad, Redx and bod1467!

Merry Christmas to you all! :)

Well done, clearly they didn't fancy another loss at POPLA at their expense! Merry Christmas!

I'm late to this thread but I do hope ^^^that wasn't deliberate as the irony made me chuckle.

    And to you too :)

Got a colleague at work who was recently held up in the same car park due to Christmas shopping queues for well over the 90 minute mark, so the cameras will have obviously done their job there too, he's expecting an 'invoice' too, so I'll pass on the info to him too!
  • Hi,
Just a quick note to say I successfully used this as a template for my own not too long ago. Thank you for sharing it! V. grateful! :D
