Will have to wait until the cheque clears end of next week to be able to mark it up against my signature. Patience

:rotfl: this is what I'm like, very impatient to get my signature updated.

Your holiday sounds good, I bet it was ace just to get away for a few days and even though you went over budget, 60.00 for a family holiday is fantastic!

Hope you got something from the doctor for your tonsillitis - I used to suffer from this a lot when I was younger and I remember just feeling awful for days.

Congratulations on your payments to Next - you'll blast through this one quickly then onto the next :D

Yuk to the tonsilitis, but great news on holiday, incomings and debt repayment fronts.

Hope that you are feeling better soon.

Hi Steph, glad you had a lovely break. Was away myself for a few days & it really helps brush the cobwebs away. Great news with the scrap metal cheque - kills 2 birds with 1 stone, decluttering & the budget. Am here following with interest in faraway Tassie. Cheers BL1

    Morning all,

Thanks for the well wishes :heart2:.

Think antibiotics are kicking in and swallowing paracetamol every 3 hours so not feeling too bad. xx

Been abit naughty this morning :D. I said in my last post that hubby earnt an unexpected extra £795 but I couldn't put it against debts because we needed to buy two doors for our new extension. Well...We ordered the doors last night and they only came to £678. So we had a left over £117 in the bank.

We don't need anything for a while now for the extension, I know I should probably have saved it for when we next do need something, but I couldn't help it.... I paid it against my NEXT debt hehe.

I have updated my signature. I seem to be addicted to seeing these levels reduce now and I will do anything to give myself the excuse to be able to update my signature. hehe.

Check out my signature, I am down into the £16,000 ...yay.

I am hoping to have the NEXT debt down to around £1000 by the end of the month. :T

Nothing much else to report. Seriously need to look for more things to Ebay. All the obvious big earners have gone now.
Right, had better get on with an urgent bunting order which should hopefully bring in around £20.

Speak later. Hope you are all having a good debt busting week.
    Keep smiling
  • Morning steph, holiday sounded good, could do with one myself I think :) Great news on all the money coming together to get rid of Next! You're doing fab as usual :T have a lovely day! Hope you get the bunting finished! xx

    Hi DFW,
Hope all is good with you.
Holiday was good, but completely exhausting. Managing two extremely active children that want to do everything NOW nearly finished me off. hehe.

    Hi Ams40,

I must admit I am not sure where it all keeps coming from, its amazing how you find it though when you have the desire to kill off the debt. Everywhere I look I am valuing things to see if I could get any money for it if I sell it. hehe
Just shows how much money I was wasting before I started all of this :o.
    Thanks for stopping by xxx
