Hi guys
My girlfriend ordered the D500 yesterday on the phone with 10 months @ £4.99 and 2 @ £30.
She was told delivery would be today but it never pitched up.
Now they are offering the phone for £4.99 for 12 months - so obviously we do not want to pay £25 a month extra for two months.
Is there any way we can get around this and get the better deal from them
Your suggestions please
Thanks

Is that perhaps on a different network? That would be difficult to change.0

No same Network (Orange) just they were offering 10 months @ £4.99 on Monday and 12 months today.
Did think they state they do Price Match Guarantee and E2Save are doing the £4.99 per month for 12 months deal too so perhaps we could go that way.0 -

You could refuse to accept the phone and not sign for it and ask the courier to return it but they may not like that but I don't think they can do anything about it as under the Distance Selling Regs 2000 you have 7 workings days in which to cancel contract/return the goods for a refund. It is not clear yet if the goods can be used hence reason why I suggest leave it in its box and unsealed.0 -
Cheers for the advice m8 - Had a result. They hadn't sent the phone out so they cancelled it and put through the 12 month one instead :0)
Apparantly they have a back log of orders0 -
Hey guys - My missus has got the same probo that e2save are doing with the £30 per month thing. If I remember rightly it should be £15 for the first three months. Is this right.
Does anyone have a copy of the deal etc0 -
