I have sent letter 2 monarch 4 wks ago and still not heard anything. Other than a letter 2 say they have recieved it and they will b in touch

There is a dedicated Monarch thread where you should have posted. If you read that thread you will get an indication on what the current response time is0

Should be on Monarch thread but join the list of hundreds of others - in due course you will find they are (being kind here) useless. Another site where you will find similar stories >
