I've been looking at these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/anti-chew waterproof dog bedfor the car as they can make to measure. Can also opt for memory foam topping, just have to contact them for quote (i got a very quick reply). The company make human beds aswell as these dog beds, so i'm hopeful it will be reasonable quality & supportive. unfortunately I can't tell you what they are like yet though as i need to save up a bit more before i can put my order in, though was very reasonable cost for the size i need ( a huge 63 "x 40").0

I bought one of these for Rocky

and he loved it, but it went threadbare after 61/2 weeks, so I returned it and bought the PAH memory foam mattress. (I actually have two, one downstairs and one upstairs). They are wearing well, and he looks super comfy on them. I noticed he is a lot less stiff on rising than from his previous beds.

(I probably wouldn't have bought them if he was still in the bed-chewing stage)0
