    Ooh ooh Happy New Year!!

What trainers? Do they have a name or can you find me a pic? I've got some but to say they are not fit for exercise is an understatement. They are barely fit for wearing in public... but they were cheap! Lol.

Also, shock absorbing bra?! I would have to sit and laugh at you jumping and staring! I take it it is good! Wish I had the problem of big boobs. Instead, what I have is fluctuating girls who go up and down seemingly at random and since I breastfed for 9 months, have gone down down down down and sagged. A very sad state of affairs and something I would rectify with surgery if I ever won a stupid amount of money. :D Having said that I too bought new undies. 2 bra' for £6, and £8 worth of lacy knickers :) I feel better now.

I too am cheaping out. Unless I can find those trainers ;)

  • Apparently you are supposed to wear a bra at night too to stop the sag. Floppers are a small price to pay for a Jelltot :rotfl:

  • I did the lot... maternity bras... but they blew up like balloons and then once the milk supply finally dropped... so did my boobs... about 4 inches! :rotfl:

    Hooray Jonesy :D welcome!

Saw Fabletics sports wear and thought of you today Peaty. Kate Upton's own sportswear, really good price too and built for curvy ladies :D phwoar to a bit of Kate... ;)

Of pain and fitness, today am in so much pain that I am struggling to form sentences. I can't make myself think a whole thought. It comes in little brainwaves and everything is very hard to figure out and do today. Stood staring at the oven for 5 minutes before figuring out what buttons to press... :( tomorrow better be a better day! I want to start doing some light light exercise on Monday (walking 4 miles to work and back on a trip purely to fetch my Macbook ;))

These are my trainers! Apart from mine are now muddy, I went for a run (walked 60% but it's a start!) and there was a puppy and a large puddle. At the end of it I looked like I had been in a mud fight.

I'm sorry you're in pain lilt :( Don't exercise until you're back to normal pain levels, it can only exasperate things, especially as it's new.

    What's your fitness plan Jonesy?

I'm so proud that I ran, it's been more than 3 years since I last collapsed, 2 years since I learnt to walk up stairs again and nearly 8 years since I willingly exercised at all from the pain. :D Big numbers for me :)

I should be tidying but I feel quite low today, I don't want to do anything, very tired but pain levels are reasonable which is good. Seriously though, I was asleep until around 1pm, promptly had a nap for probably an hour and been dozing ever since. So tired.

I've forgotten what else I was going to say. :) Maybe time for another nap.

Wow Peaty those are some big numbers. Have you thought about joining the gym and running on a treadmill instead? Makes a heck of a difference between outdoors and indoors for me, in terms o what I can do and how badly it affects me the day after!

So proud of you! Do as your body tells you :) snooze away!! xxx

  • Hi guys

Fingers crossed my car is ok. Dad has had it fixed so have to make the journey from Kent to Wiltshire tomorrow and see what happens.

Thanks for the suggestion of squats and lunges, I'll give it a go:)

So far I've only had 1 NSD and it's already the 3rd grr!
