When ordering online when does contract start ?

Is it date of order, dispatch or activation ?
I don't think it is activation as you could leave it lying there for however long you wanted !

I am hoping dispatch as I was guaranteed next working day delivery but have yet to have my phone dispatched.

    On activation. The dealers I use activate on despatch - even though they sometimes say it isn't activated until after you receive the phone.

    As for despatch - I usually get confirmation of that in the evening.
