Universal Remote Control, simple with activities

Need some help with universal remote controls. I would like a simple remote that can

Turn Sky on and select HDMI1 on TV
Turn Freeview on and select HDMI2 on TV
Turn DVD on and select HDMI3 on TV

and have the ability to turn all off again.

No other functions required - but it is OK if there are others.

Harmony remotes from Logitech will do that, and are very easy to set up (you do it via your PC).

The downside is that unless you either pick them up second hand, or in a sale they tend to be quite expensive

I've got one of the older models (bought when it was end of line), which handles the fairly complicated setup I've got here with ease (2x blu-ray players, a hdmi switch, micro media player, PC connection to the TV, surround sound, and TV).
