They do not pay what they advertise for pre-used phones. I wish I had read the reviews before being sucked into the marketing propaganda, which is clearly untrue as judged by me and the many others who report the same treatment. My iPhone was blemish free. Even Phones4u said so and offered me more than I eventually got from this company. Mobilecashmate told me that their offer was lower because of scratches. There were none. They seemingly get away with it because they are answerable to no-one. I think there should be some way of checking their authenticity. I would like to see their office, watch their judgement procedure, talk to the quality control person and also see the figures for the % of people who get the full quoted price for their phone. I suspect however, that I won't be taken up on this request by mobilecashmate.

Most likely the figure for the % of people who get the full quoted price for their phone is 0.001%, and that was an accident.

Offer top-dollar for your phone, once received they claim it has all sorts of issues (mainly 'scratches'), give a rubbish quotation hoping idiots would accept, or force customers to pay money to get their phones back.
