Cheapest mobile to mobile calls from UK to Jersey

Dear all,

I'm on a T-mobile contract. Got charged about £0.58/min to call a mobile number in Jersey (Channel Islands)!

Can anybody suggest a better way of phoning a mobile number there (cannot avoid it)?

If you don't have a smart phone and can't use any of the apps you can use localphone and once registered can call a Jersey Mobile and it will cost 8.2p/min and you get a standard landline number to call from your t-mobile phone which connects directly to the Jersey number.

If you don't have any inclusive calls from your contract phone, use local phone's ringback service, and you can reach Jersey mobiles for 10p/min without making any chargeable calls from your phone.

You'll need to add some pre-paid credit to your local phone account to get going.
