Which mobile handsets can block numbers?

I had a Nokia about 5 years ago that let you add numbers to a block list. My current Samsung doesn't have that option.
I know you can do it via your provider but they charge. Does anyone know of a current mobile handset that let's you block?

Any iPhone running iOS 7 can do this.0

Almost all Android phones also.
Probably be hard pushed to find a phone that doesnt block them from built in software or settings or a free app.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

All the mobile phones that comes with android operating system have the feature to block the number. Window phones also have this feature to block the number.0
