I've been waiting in all day for a washing machine too. They told me it would be delivered today between 7 am and 7 pm. And that I could check on the website last night after 10 pm for a more accurate time.
I've just been online and looked at the paper work and both clearly say it's going to be delivered TOMORROW! between 7 am and 8 pm.
Tomorrow just isn't convenient for me and I'll have to rearrange all the things I was going to do. It's the day when I go and cook for my Mum and do all the jobs around the house for her (like opening jam jars).
Not at all happy with Currys who could have avoided this error.0 -
after a long run around we were able to collect the machine from a local store.
after even longer run around with customer services given £50 voucher as a gesture of goodwill.
I have to say I got more service from the manager in the distribution office, than I have recieved in all of my calls to the customer service helpline.
