Plusnet/Openreach problem with home move

Booked a home move for 13 December it never happened, engineer did not turn up, Now Plusnet are failing to provide me with a reason or give me a new date, any advice please?

Escalate your complaint with them (plusnet), and ask them for at least an estimate of a date.0

An explanation, would explain why it hasn't happened.
If they haven't been able to explain why it hasn't hapepned, surely there is a reason for that?
i.e
"We couldn't move your broadband that day. The reason we haven't been able to explain what has happened is because the engineers haven't told us what went wrong yet"All your base are belong to us.0 -
Reason is usually BT OR never got to your call on his list .
PlusNet would not be immediately informed that you where missed .
Its the BT OR company at fault not Plusnet .
The PlusNet forums are a good place for advice .0
