I sell mostly vintage stuff and mostly on eBay, not because it's my preferred market but simply because it's often the only one where my stuff sells well enough.

ASOS Marketplace looks okay for selling vintage stuff, but I've only ever browsed, not bought or sold yet.

Other ideaif you are thinking about setting up your own website would be to include a business card showing the web address in every eBay package you ship, your repeat customers may then shop direct rather than eBay.
