Excel are unlikely to reset the clock...but technically the driver has never had a chance to appeal. But if that's the same person as the keeper then it's not an option and we don't condone lying.

If you had kept the letters you could have compared the NTK to the POFA 2012 and spotted the flaws with the wording, spotted whether it was received by day 15 or not. Could have complained to the BPA and DVLA. But you've literally thrown those options away!

    - Search the forum for 'Peel' to read about all the other Peel Centre threads.

    - Search the parking forum for 'Newlyn', and read the other recent threads where these letters are discussed.

    - Don't do a general Google search for Newlyn as there are bailiffs of the same name and you'd be reading irrelevant alarmist stuff.

    - Read the sticky thread 'Newbies read this first' because I have written into it, what your options are at DC (debt collection letter) stage. It's not just a thread about how to appeal if you've just got a fake PCN.

    - Excel might try a small claim but the Peel Centre is a place where we know a few things and a defence would be strong. Excel would be beatable IMHO. Tell us if you get an actual Letter before Claim from Excel, or court papers, don't panic.

As above. You have already had all the advice we can point you to at this stage.

  • right ok thank you. If i get a letter before claim ill come back for more advice. thanks
  • I had 2 tickets from excel in feb and may, I ignored these as advised on here, I have just this second received a phone call from Newlyn to say they need payment (as I have also ignored letters after the initial ones) if not they will be taking further action?? I was aware after reading various posts on here they couldn't do much?

The lady told me my reg but couldn't tell me an of the car make/model

Please help me? I am worried now? I have read all this but I am still unsure of my next steps?
