hi,
yes all the same one from MET. Only thing that has changed is that they are now demanding £160 (i think it was £100 last time i posted).0 -
I thought so. I've PM'd a board guide suggesting the 3 threads should be merged, so as to keep all the info in the one place.0

Thankyou bod1467. I cant see the PM in my inbox as of yet. Will check back shortly.0

I wish I knew what that meant! lol
Do I have to do anything? :S Any feedback on my letter?
(sorry, i'm useless)0 -
I would like to try and send off my letter to MET tomorrow. Any feedback today would be extremely helpful. (As you can tell, I am starting to worry a lot, purely because I earn so little money and really can't afford to pay what is being asked of me).
If I don't get any replies on what I need to change, I will send what i've written and see how it goes.0 -
Duplicate threads have been merged together

I hope that you have spread the word to your neighbours that this company needs a good kicking.
Their function is to manage car parks so that those with legitimate reason to be there can park in their own allotted spaces, that disabled and visitors places are not clogged up by riff raff with two cars, and that outsiders are not parking there while thay catch the train into work. Their function is NOT to harass those who pay the service charges.
Your lease will give you "quiet enjorment" of you property, this harassment breaches the terms of your lease.
They will never be able to win at court, they do not have a contract with individual leaseholders who have suffer no loss, similarly with the landlord/headlease holder, and they cannot claim for trespass as it is they who are the trespasser.
You have a wonderful opportunity to get these bloodsuckers off your premises, band together with your neighbours, and kick up merry hell, with the management company. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
thankyou for doing that!

I really like your letter; very reasonable and very firm and clear as well. Send it!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
