Well, the most common problem is a phone reported stolen (to claim on insurance) and blocked soon after the sale. You decide how trustworthy the seller is.anything else I should check0 -
To cut down on the likelihood of theft - ask if the Box is supplied, and check the IMEI on the phone matches the box.0

You can also use Checkmend to see if it is reported as stolen/lost.Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall

Get a PAYG sim off eBay for the same network you want.
Doesn't need any credit just call the number is see if phone works.
You can get cutter on eBay for your old sim when you know it's unlocked.

Not all SIMs are provisioned for service without a credit - indeed EE ones often don't even have an allocated number, so check elsewhere before placing it in the target phone.0
