    Post Office depot?
Im wondering how you travel to the 80's

Using wrong and outdated terminology that most people would understand is indeed a serious offence.

Recipient. It didn't cost me anything on both occasion except time but that's not the point. It's the fact that parcels go missing too often for my liking.

    Well the issue here is
there are many factors to 'missing' parcels
    theft,wrong address,poor packaging,human error to name but a few.
What happens if a package falls to bits in transit through rubbish packaging?
Who is at fault and who gets the blame?

For someone who claims "Honesty, integrity, self sufficiency" in your sig, you don't half make a great apologist for dishonesty, lack of integrity and insufficiency.

Because he likes to pick on anyone who defends a business ;)

My experience of RM this year has been very positive, far more so than previous years. All my deliveries have arrived on time, and the sorting office has extended opening hours for when we miss them and need to collect the item.
